Personal Data

Personal data are data that provide information about you that directly or indirectly identify you.

Processing Personal Data

By processing personal data we mean the collection, recording, organizing, storage, adaptation or alteration, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure by forwarding, dissemination or otherwise making available, combining, blocking, erasure or destruction of your personal data.

Purposes

We process your personal data for the following purposes: for general or targeted offers, for the ordering process, for your account on our website, so that we can contact you, so that we can deliver our products or services, so that we can inform you of changes to our services or products, to draw up quotations and agreements, to post reviews and to send newsletters if you gave permission. We only process personal data that are necessary for these purposes.

We also process your personal information to fulfil legal obligations, improve our services, to investigate complaints and to prevent fraud. We never sell your personal information to third parties. In order to take care of your personal data, we conclude a processing agreement with companies if those companies process your data in our assignment.

Personal Data That We Process

In order to carry out the purposes, we process the following personal data:

• E-mail address
• First and last name
• Function
• IP address
• Phone number

Google User Data

Our application connects to Google services on your behalf using Google OAuth. When you grant permission, we access a limited set of Google user data strictly to provide the features you request.

What Google data we access

With your explicit consent, we request read-only access to your Google Analytics data through the https://www.googleapis.com/auth/analytics.readonly scope. We use this access solely to retrieve website and campaign statistics from your Google Analytics account (such as sessions, users, traffic sources and conversions) in order to display them and generate performance reports for you within our application. We do not use this access to modify, create or delete any data in your Google account.

How we use Google user data

Google user data obtained through these scopes is used only to provide and improve the user-facing features of our application (reporting, dashboards and analytics overviews). We do not use Google user data for advertising, and we do not use it to train generalized artificial intelligence or machine-learning models.

Sharing, transfer and disclosure of Google user data

We do not sell Google user data. We do not share, transfer or disclose your Google user data to any third parties, except in the following limited circumstances:

• With your consent: we share data when you give us explicit permission to do so.
• Service providers (sub-processors): we may share data with trusted vendors who host our infrastructure and process data on our behalf under a data processing agreement, and only to the extent necessary to operate the application (for example, our cloud hosting provider).
• Legal reasons: we may disclose data if required to do so by law, regulation, legal process, or enforceable governmental request.

Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy (https://developers.google.com/terms/api-services-user-data-policy), including the Limited Use requirements.

Retention and deletion of Google user data

We retain Google user data only for as long as necessary to provide the features you request, and no longer than strictly necessary for the purposes described above. You can revoke our access to your Google account at any time via your Google Account security settings at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions. You may also request deletion of all Google user data we hold about you by emailing info@stickytooling.com. Upon revocation of access or upon a deletion request, we permanently delete the associated Google user data from our systems, and instruct our sub-processors to do the same, unless we are legally required to retain it.

You Also Have Rights

Wish to know which personal data we processed? Send an email to info@stickytooling.com with a request for access to your data. You will receive a response to the request within four weeks.

Are your personal data incorrect, incomplete, irrelevant for the purposes for which they are processed or otherwise in breach of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) or other legislation? Then you have the right to correction of your personal data. Correction means correction, addition, deletion or blocking of your personal data. You also have the right to object to the processing of your personal data, the right to have less data processed, the right to withdraw permission you have given and the right to data portability. Send your request to info@stickytooling.com. You will receive a response to the request within four weeks. We would also like to point out the possibility of submitting a complaint to the Dutch Data Protection Authority.

Safety

Personal data are personal and should remain personal. We find it just as important as you that your personal data do not go public or are processed unlawfully. We therefore apply all possible technical and organizational measures to safely handle your personal data. To secure your personal data we use a secure internet connection, automatic removal of old data, backups, encryption, regular monitoring of log files and security software such as a virus scanner and firewall.

Storage Personal Data

We do not store your personal data longer than is strictly necessary for carrying out the purposes. If there are legal requirements applicable to the storage, the personal data are no longer stored than required by law.
